Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel or change your order within 24 hours after payment.
How can I cancel my order?

We can only accept your cancellation request once we have confirmed that the order is made within 24 hours. We will then contact you by email.
How will I be refunded?
Once your order cancellation has been reviewed and approved, you will be eligible for a refund excluding processing and delivery charges.
Refund process will usually take between 20 to 30 working days, including processing lead time at our payment merchant.
For credit card or debit card payments, you may receive your refund processing via a charge reversal. Online banking and bank transfer payments may be refunded via a bank transfer excluding processing and delivery charges.
What is the return/replacement policy?
You will need to inform us of any damages/ defects within 24 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement. You will need to send the pictures of the defective or damaged product and your claim will be processed accordingly.
Incorrect: The item is not the item that you ordered. Size, or color is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items or parts inside the packaging.
Damaged: The item is found already damaged at time of delivery.
Defective: The product does not function as it is.
The returned product should be in the original packaging, and in the same condition as you received the product.
It is advised that the return packaging should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit. Any products damaged post delivery to customer, shall not be accepted for return.
Only one-time Return & Replacement is allowed per order. Azora Online Store reserve the rights to reject any subsequent returns or refund requests for the same order or product.
All return and replacement requests are subjected to Azora’s Management approval. Azora Online Store reserve the rights to reject any return requests according to returned products’ or unforeseen conditions.
We will not cover any damages to the product due to misuse or anything that can be considered as unintended use of the Product.

Please do not return products without first speaking to a representative at www.azora.com.sg. Products returned without our knowledge will not be processed for refund/replacement.
