Admin cum Coodinator
Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office maintenance.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Support HR functions such as attendance tracking, onboarding paperwork, and staff documentation.
- Coordinate schedules, and logistics for internal teams
- Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules with drivers, suppliers, and clients.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly delivery schedules and dispatch plans.
- Track shipments, monitor delivery progress, and follow up to ensure on-time completion.
- Liaise with warehouse or inventory teams to confirm stock availability before scheduling.
- Handle last-minute changes or issues with delivery routes, and communicate updates accordingly.
Requirements
- Familiarity with local tax regulations and billing/invoicing standards.
- 1–3 years of experience in administration and/or logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word); familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
