Admin cum Coodinator

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office maintenance.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Support HR functions such as attendance tracking, onboarding paperwork, and staff documentation.
  • Coordinate schedules, and logistics for internal teams
  • Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules with drivers, suppliers, and clients.
  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly delivery schedules and dispatch plans.
  • Track shipments, monitor delivery progress, and follow up to ensure on-time completion.
  • Liaise with warehouse or inventory teams to confirm stock availability before scheduling.
  • Handle last-minute changes or issues with delivery routes, and communicate updates accordingly.

 

Requirements

  • Familiarity with local tax regulations and billing/invoicing standards.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration and/or logistics coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word); familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
