Admin cum Account Assistant

 

Responsibilities

 

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office maintenance.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Support HR functions such as attendance tracking, onboarding paperwork, and staff documentation.

 

Accounting Duties:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions.
  • Issue invoices, quotations, and receipts.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping and data entry into accounting software.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations, petty cash handling, and accounts receivable/payable tracking.
  • Prepare basic financial reports or summaries as needed by the management.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

 

Requirements

  • Familiarity with local tax regulations and billing/invoicing standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word); familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
