Admin cum Account Assistant
Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office maintenance.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Support HR functions such as attendance tracking, onboarding paperwork, and staff documentation.
Accounting Duties:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions.
- Issue invoices, quotations, and receipts.
- Perform basic bookkeeping and data entry into accounting software.
- Assist in bank reconciliations, petty cash handling, and accounts receivable/payable tracking.
- Prepare basic financial reports or summaries as needed by the management.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Requirements
- Familiarity with local tax regulations and billing/invoicing standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word); familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
