Responsibilities

  • Manage digital marketing strategies across social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), search engine optimization (SEO), and paid ads.
  • Generate leads via Facebook and Instagram.
  • Develop creation of photos, video, brochures, and online content with our target audience.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using data-driven insights to recommend and implement improvements.
  • Assist in various marketing tasks as needed to support the team.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and brand awareness
  • Creative thinking and a good eye for design/layout of marketing materials.
  • Knowledge of branding, merchandising, and visual marketing principles.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and in-store marketing techniques.

 

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Experience with advertising tools like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Knowledge of website management and SEO, especially with WordPress.
  • Creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to develop innovative strategies.
  • Excellent collaboration and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in marketing.
  • Creativity and commercial awareness.
